- Sprinkle salt, pepper on both sides of the fillet
- Sprinkle patoto flour (or corn starch) on both sides
- optional: a few garlic cloves, a few slices of lemon
- 2tsb olive oil in a non-stick pan, fry one side 2~3 minutes till golden brown, add garlic and lemon, then flip and repeat for the other side.
